Bathurst Golf vets report for game played July 15. 

Hi everyone,

A cold and miserable day greeted 19 brave Bathurst vet golfers who must be crazy to turn up for a game of golf on today’s type of weather.

I suppose that playing vet’s golf on Mondays will always be better than sitting at home watching that silly Tv box.

On to results.

Regardless of the weather conditions someone will always excel themselves and play great golf and that was the case with Murray Jewkes who took out the winner’s voucher with a very good score of 37 points. Second on the day was Geoff Marshall with 34 points.

The ball sweep went down to 26 points. The nearest to the pin winners were Neville McMichael on the 8th and Graham Lee on the 13th. No one hit the green on the 4th or the 16th.

Next game of Bathurst vets golf will be Monday, July 22

Next game of Central West vets will be at Oberon on Monday July 22.

Oberon is a walk up start so get there between 8:00 to 9:00am to get a game.
