Bathurst Golf vets results for Monday, July 29

Hi everyone,

A good field of 22 Bathurst golfing veterans played a round of vets’ golf on Monday July 29

The course was still wet from the weekend rain but that didn’t deterred Bill Dickie from posting the best score of the day to take out the winner’s trophy with 35 points.

Brian Little had to survive a count back to claim second place when he and visitor from the ACT, Phil Rooke returned cards of 34 points.

The ball sweep went down to 29 points on a countback and the nearest to the pin winners were Bill Dickie on the 4th, Phil Rooke on the 8th, Gary Miles on the 13th and Brian Little on the 16th for the second time in two weeks.

Bathurst golf vets will be on again next Monday August 5

The Next Central West vets’ game will be at Blayney on Monday August 12
