Bathurst Golf Vets report for game played October 21

Hi everyone,

A good turnout of 27 Bathurst vet golfers enjoyed a game of vets’ golf at Bathurst golf club. The comp was of stableford format which was a welcome change from the stroke events over the weekend due to the playing of the Bathurst Open.

The winner on the day was Chris Hadson who took full advantage of the course conditions scoring an excellent 43 points for is round. Second was Bob Lockhart with a very good score of 39 points on a countback from his playing partner Peter Warren when he also scred 39 points.

The ball sweep went down to 33 points and the nearest to the pin winners were Chris Hadson on the 4th, Michelle Kingham on the 8th, David Travis on the 13th and Bob Lockhart on the 16th.

Next Bathurst Vets comp will be on Monday October 29

Next game of Central West vets will be at Blayney on November 4th.

Blayney is usually a walk-up start so get there between 8:00 and 9:30 to get a game.
